Appointed as CEO of Grand Tobacco in 2007, Mr. Sahakyan has been a valuable member of the company since 1985, when he joined as the deputy of chief accountant. During this time, the factory was still known as «ARMTABAKPROM».
Mr. Sahakyan holds a diploma from the Yerevan State Economic University, where he graduated in the Faculty of Finance in 1982.
Throughout his nearly 4 decade career with Grand Tobacco, Mr. Sahakyan has held the position of CEO of Grand Tobacco (1997-2000), CEO of Masis Tabak (2000-2003), and was elected as a Member of the National Assembly of RA in (2003-2007). From 2007 until today, he successfully manages the company`s overall operations.
As a respected leader with an excellent track record, Mr. Sahakyan been awarded by medals on two occasions. In 2015 he was awarded the Hrant Vardanyan medal from the President of Grand Tobacco for affective management of the organization. In 2018 he received a labor merit medal from the Armenian Republic Government .
Having held several leadership positions , Mr. Sahakyan is always very decisive and optimistic. His strongest personality points are honesty and loyalty. He always maintains a positive relationship with the employees, ensuring that every member of the team feels welcomed and valued.

Marina Marabyan has been a member of our team since 1999.
Throughout these years, Ms. Marabyan has had a significant input in the company’s advancement and expansion towards the international markets.
Ms. Marabyan holds a diploma in Arabic language and literature from Yerevan State University, as well as the Executive MBA in General Management from the University of Sheffield.
At the beginning of her career, she was responsible for supply chain and logistics, holding position of the Commercial Director at IMT and MT. In 2005 Ms. Marabyan became the CEO of IMT and held this position till 2012, when she was elected as a Member of the National Assembly of the Armenian Republic.
Since 2017 Ms. Marabyan is the Senior Adviser to the President focusing on the company’s internationalization strategy and global activities.
Marina Marabyan is a proud custodian of the company values and during the years with our team she has received a series of recognitions and awards, the most recent one is being the Hrant Vardanyan medal for the loyalty and excellent performance.

Grigor Avalyan appointed as Financial Adviser to the President in 2020, joined our company in 2004, as the chief accountant of Grand Tobacco.
Mr. Avalyan holds a diploma from the Yerevan State Economic University, where he graduated in the faculty of Accounting and Analysis of Economic Activity.
During 2 decades of his career activity, Mr. Avalyan has held the position of the financial officer from 2007 till 2020. From 2020 until today, he is the Financial Adviser to the President. From 2017 till 2018 Mr. Avalyan was elected as a Member of the National Assembly of RA.
As a respected leader, he was awarded the Hrant Vardanyan medal, from the President of Grand Tobacco, for his labor merit.
Being responsible for the control of all the financial resources, Mr. Avalyan stands out with his honesty, loyalty and professionalism. He is very supportive, dedicated and decisive in his activity.

With over 20 years of dedicated service at International Masis Tabak LLC, Mrs. Lusine Gevorgyan , has proven herself as an essential asset to the company since 2003.
A graduate of Yerevan State University, Mrs. Gevorgyan, holds a Diploma in Roman and German Philology.
She started at IMT as a translator in the Commercial department, steadily progressing in career.
From assuming the position of Head of the Commercial department in 2005, to her current position as Executive Director, achieved in 2012, Mrs. Lusine Gevorgyan trajectory is marked by continuous professional advancement.
Committed to the company’s growth and global recognition, Mrs. Gevorgyan’s efforts have positioned IMT as an industry leader both regionally and internationally.

Mr. Tadevosyan joined our company in 2001, as a coordinator , later - Technological Officer.
In 2006 he was appointed as CEO of Masis Tabak LLC.
Mr. Tadevosyan graduated from the Yerevan State Agricultural University in 1982, and holds a diploma of Hydraulic Engineer.
From 2008 until today, Mr Tadevosyan is a Member of the Public Council, and the President of Entrepreneurial Activity and Consumer’s Affair Committee.
He is a member of FREDA AND IFAD from 2010 till the present day. He is a Trustee Council member of the RA Countryside Economic Development Foundation and Trustee Council Member for the International Agriculture Development Foundation.
Hovhannes Tadevosyan is awarded by golden medal from the NKR Ministry of Agriculture for the achievements in the agricultural sector.
And he also holds a gratitude medal from the NKR President.
Mr. Tadevosyan is responsible for the entire tobacco growing process, from selecting the right seeds and finally organizing the harvesting and curing process.
During his activity for more than 2 decades, Mr. Tadevosyan is always very active and optimistic and successfully maintains positive relationships with all the farmers, who contract with MT.

Armenuhi Hovhannisyan appointed as Technological officer, in 2011 of Grand Tobacco LLC and International Masis Tabak LLC, joined our company in 1996, as a manager of the commercial department . During this time, the factory was still known as «ARMTABAKPROM».
Mrs. Hovhannisyan holds a diploma of Yerevan Brusov State University of languages and Social Sciences, where she graduated from the English-German faculty in 1986.
Throughout her nearly 3 decade career with GT, Mrs. Hovhannisyan held the positions of Commercial Officer, and Technological Officer, and in 2000 she was the CEO of Grand Candy confectionary company.
In 2003-2007 Mrs. Hovhannisyan was elected as a Member of the National Assembly of RA.
For her labor achievements, Mrs. Hovhannisyan was awarded by Hrant Vardanyan medal in 2015.
Taking responsibility for the total technological process and the quality in all factories, Mrs. Hovhannisyan is distinguished by diligence and responsibility.

Appointed as Technical Officer of Grand Tobacco LLC and International Masis Tabak LLC in 2002, Robert Marashlyan, joined us in 1972, as a mechanical engineer.
During this time , the factory was still known as «ARMTABAKPROM».
Mr. Marashlyan holds a diploma of Plexanov Moscow Institute of National Economy, where he graduated in the faculty of machines and devices for tobacco production in 1972.
Throughout his more than 5 decade career with Grand Tobacco, Mr. Marashlyan, hold the position of mechanical engineer in filter and cigarette productions and started from 1997, he becomes technical officer of GT.
In 2015, Mr. Marashlyan was awarded by medal of Hrant Vardanyan, for his professionalism and responsibility.
Robert Marashlyan stands out for his creative, energetic, adaptable character, who always keeps positive attitude in challenging situations.

Alexandr Gharayan started his job activity in Grand Tobacco LLC in 2012, as a technical manager. From 2017 he is appointed the Chief Engineer of GT.
Mr. Gharayan has a graduate diploma of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia and he also holds MA and PHD degrees in the field of Mechanical Engineering and Machine Science.
In 2018 Mr.Gharayan became Master of Business Administration.
Mr. Gharayan is managing entire engineering departments, planning, coordinating and controlling the renovation projects for the whole factory.
He is also successfully identifying the business improvement opportunities within the organization.
Mr. Gharayan’s strongest personality points are; reliability, professionalism, responsibility and honesty.

Appointed as Production Manager of Grand Tobacco LLC in 2013, Mr. Melkonyan joined our team since 2004, as a technologist.
Mr. Melkonyan holds a diploma from the Yerevan State
University, where he graduated in the faculty of Geography and Geology.
In 2018 he became Master of Business Administration.
Mr. Melkonyan previously served as a shift manager of the cigarette production and manager of the cigarette production in GT. Totally he has 20 years of experience in this industry.
Mr. Melkonyan is responsible for the continuous work of the total production process, where he is successfully setting the production goals and targets.
Arsen Melkonyan is a good communicator, who can motivate others too for new achievements.
He is confident in his abilities, experienced and decision maker. His confidence empowers the team to be the best they can be.

Vahagn Khalatyan, a valued member of IMT LLC, has joined our team as a mechanic adjuster since 2000.
In 2017 he was appointed as the Deputy Production Director at International Masis Tabak LLC.
IN 1996 Mr.Khalatyan successfully graduated from the Faculty of Machinery Engineering at the State Engineering University of Armenia and received the qualification of Electrical Mechanical Engineer.
During more than 23 years of activity, he had a successful career growth, occupying the position of a Mechanic Adjuster in 2000, Technical Officer in 2001 and Chief Engineer of GT LLC in 2012.
As a well–informed employee in the engineering and technical field, he introduced all his knowledge for the benefit of the successful management of the production block of International Masis Tabak LLC.

Grigor Soghomonyan was appointed the chief engineer of International Masis Tabak LLC in 2012. He is one of the valuable members of the company, who joined our team as Chief Energy Officer since 1999.
Mr. Soghomonyan graduated from the Polytechnic Institute of Yerevan after K. Marx- faculty of heat and gas supply and ventilation, receiving the qualification of an Engineer-builder.
During 24 years of activity in Grand Holding, Mr. Soghomonyan held the position of Chief energy officer at Masis Tabak LLC in 1999-2004 and then Chief Engineer from 2004 to our days at IMT LLC.
Holding the position of Chief Engineer of the company, Mr. Soghomonyan has always offered interesting solutions to the management of the company and created a large engineering and technical professional team which successfully solves the problems, that the company faces.
One of Grigor Soghomonyan’s valuable contributions is the training of qualified engineering and technical personnel for the further development of the company. Mr. Soghomonyan is always well aware of the news of the engineering and technical field successfully applying them to the benefit of the company’s development.
